1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Save More NZ Ltd, trading as Save More Timaru, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.

  • There is no age restriction.

  • Save More staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible:

  1. Follow the official Save More Timaru Facebook page, and

  2. Comment on the official giveaway post announcing the promotion.

  • Both steps must be completed to qualify.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

  • No purchase is required.

4. Promotion Period

  • The giveaway will open upon posting and will close once Save More Timaru reaches 3,000 Facebook followers.

  • Entries made after that milestone will not be eligible.

5. Prize

  • The prize is a $200 in-store spend at Save More Timaru.

  • The prize must be used in a single transaction and redeemed in-store only.

  • Redemption is valid throughout November 2025.

  • The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be substituted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries once the page reaches 3,000 followers.

  • The winner will be announced publicly on the Save More Timaru Facebook page.

  • The winner must contact Save More Timaru 48 hours of the announcement to claim their prize.

  • If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be redrawn.

7. Privacy

  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion.

  • Save More Timaru will not share or sell entrant information to any third party.

  • By entering, participants consent to their name being published on Facebook if they win.

8. General

  • Save More Timaru reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

  • By participating, entrants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to the promotion.
