1. What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a payment service that lets you shop now and pay later. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, you can split your total into four interest-free payments made every two weeks.
2. How do I use Afterpay in store?
Simply shop as usual and head to the checkout. We’ll process this just like an EFTPoS payment at checkout.
3. Is there a minimum or maximum order amount for Afterpay?
Afterpay is available for purchases over $35. Afterpay maximums are dictated by Afterpay.
4. Are there any extra fees or interest?
Nope! Afterpay is always interest-free as long as you pay on time. Late payments may incur a fee, which Afterpay will notify you about in advance.
5. Can I use Afterpay for all grocery items?
Yes, Afterpay can be used to purchase anything in store, as long as the total purchase is $35 or more!
6. When will I receive my groceries if I pay with Afterpay?
You get to take your purchase immediately.
7. What if I need to return something I bought with Afterpay?
No problem! Our normal return policy still applies. Once your return is processed, Afterpay will adjust your payment schedule or issue a refund if you’ve already made payments.
